The return of Prescott's ex-mistress

John Prescott's former mistress has returned to work at his old department, it has been revealed.
Tracey Temple was seconded to Westminster University after her two-year fling with the Deputy Prime Minister became public in April.

Friends said at the time that Whitehall chiefs were trying to force the 43-year-old to resign by giving her a "menial" job.
But she is now understood to be back at the Department for Communities and Local Government, which was created when Mr Prescott was stripped of his powers.
She is reported to have been placed in a role where she does not have any contact with ministers.
Ms Temple sold her story to a newspaper for a rumoured £300,000 after the affair emerged. Mr Prescott is still with his wife, Pauline.
A DCLG spokeswoman refused to comment on Ms Temple's return today.
