A woman got the fright of her life when a German Shepherd crashed through the front door where she was delivering junk mail.

The 33-second video clip, taken from the property's surveillance cameras, show the solicitor approaching the door of a home.

Wearing a green vest and a visor, she was seen waiting outside the home for a moment before going to slip what appears to be a menu in front door.

A moment later, and the German Shepherd smashed through a glass panel on the front door which flew over the solicitor and shattered on the ground.

The startled woman screamed and ran off as the overly protective dog barked a 'warning' at her, as he watched her flee in the hilarious clip which was filmed earlier this year at an unknown location.
