More than 200 pounds of heroin worth about $11million were discovered by police in California in a tractor trailer they pulled over for speeding.
The truck was stopped Thursday morning in the high desert city of Victorville, about 80 miles from Los Angeles, the California Highway Patrol tells KABC-TV.
Authorities believe the truck was headed to Canada.

Cops explained that 'criminal indicators' led them to believe there was more going on than just a truck driver heading to Canada
Officer Robert Mendenhall told Victor Valley News that he stopped the tractor trailer for speeding around 8am Thursday.
He said: 'Subsequently, I pulled out my K-9, sniffed the exterior of the tractor trailer.
'The dog alerted, the dog also then alerted inside the trailer.

'We then located a large quantity of narcotics inside the rear of the trailer mixed in with the load.'
The drugs were packed in boxes marked with labels indicating they contained skin-care cream.

Mendenhall told Victor Valley News: 'The story and his nervousness brought on the attention - that there's something going on here.
'What we call his criminal indicators led us to believe that there's more going on here than just a truck driver heading to Canada.'
He said: 'I've been highway patrol for 29 years, and this is my largest seizure of heroin, so this is rare, having this much.'
