In St Mary's Hospital, Paddington, five patients remain, two are critical but stable and three stable.
The Chelsea and Westminster Hospital's specialist burns unit has four patients, all of whom are stable, after two were discharged late last night.
Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Trust said 13 blast victims remain at the hospital.
One patient was described as critical but stable, and the rest as stable. Five of the patients underwent surgery yesterday.
