- Earns £3.8m a year as midfielder for New York City FC
Premier League legend Frank Lampard appears to have been snapped out on a Christmas shopping spree - at Poundland.
Shoppers looked on in disbelief as the former Chelsea star, or someone who is the spitting image of him, perused the toiletries aisle at the Fulham store on Christmas Eve.
The 37-year-old now rakes in a whopping £3.8million a season as a midfielder for New York City FC but is clearly still a bargain hunter at heart, if this picture is to be believed.

Eliot Gregory was picking up some last minute supplies when he spotted the 37-year-old footballer, who was with his two daughters.
Arsenal fan Eliot said: 'I was on my way out when I spotted him.
'He didn't have that much stuff in his basket but he was having a browse.
'I'm not sure what he bought or how much he spent, but he was standing next to that one aisle for a while.

The couple were engaged for four years and have been together for six, and were introduced by Piers Morgan
'He was with two little girls, who I think were his daughters. They were running around the other aisles.
'Not that many people were paying attention to him. The shop wasn't empty and he's got quite a recognisable face.
'I'm a big football fan. It was 100 per cent Frank Lampard.'
This isn't the first time Lampard has been spotted trawling around a bargain basement store.
He was also snapped at a Poundland in Northern Ireland in January 2012, when he splashed £15 on batteries, peanuts and crisps.
Lampard and Bleakley, who have been together for six years, married after a four-year engagement on Sunday at St Paul's Church in front of friends, family and celebrity guests, including Chelsea captain John Terry and Daily Mail columnist Piers Morgan.
Lampard rose to fame with Chelsea before spending a season on loan with Manchester City from New York
Bleakley, 36, looked stunning in an embroidered dress with elegant lace sleeves – thought to have cost around £10,000.
Frank previously spent seven years with Elen Rivas, with whom he has two daughters, Luna and Isla, before they decided to split in 2009.
The footballer was introduced to Christine at The Pride Of Britain Awards by fellow television presenter Morgan, who was tasked with saying a few words at last weekend's A-list bash, and also the first star to reveal Frank's tears on the big day.
Other stars invited to the big day included ITV's This Morning presenters Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield as well as Britain's Got Talent hosts Ant and Dec.
