Road rage sheep causes £1,000 damage

A confused sheep saw its reflection in a car door and in a fit of outrage attacked the vehicle - causing more than £1,000 of damage, an insurance company revealed today.
The incident, which happened while a 58-year-old driver, from Leeds, was on holiday in Scotland, was one of the more bizarre claims made to Churchill insurance last year.
Animals and children were responsible for some of the stranger claims received by the company.
An owner from Lincolnshire claimed on his pet insurance after his dog swallowed a conker for the £200 costs of the operation to remove it, while children were generally blamed for all sorts of catastrophes from knocked-over tins of paint to broken computers.
Cats were the worst offenders for getting tangled up in laptop leads, while boys playing cricket were responsible for many broken windows, Churchill found.
And one woman's stereo was destroyed when her Christmas tree fell on top of it.
