Mom chases down man suspected of molesting TWO 10-year-old boys in Dave & Busters restroom
A 31-year-old California man suspected of separately molesting two 10-year-old boys in a Dave & Busters restroom was arrested after one of the mothers chased him down and security personnel detained him.
Police in Arcadia say Kwan Chow was taken into custody Monday on suspicion of committing a lewd act with a child.
The 31-year-old Monterey Park resident is being held on $200,000 bail and is due in court Thursday. Police said they didn't know if Chow has a lawyer.

Police were dispatched to the Westfield Mall in Arcadia after a mother told staff that her son had claimed Chow 'fondled' him when he was in the bathroom.
The brave mother chased Chow when he left the bathroom and was joined by members of staff from the popular restaurant and arcade chain.
The held him until police arrived and Chow was arrested on suspicion of performing a lewd act on a child under 14.
Once he was in custody, a second report was made of a lewd act committed on another 10-year-old boy who identified Chow.
