Two men have died and a pregnant woman rushed to hospital in a serious condition after getting into trouble in a river on NSW's Mid North Coast.
Emergency services were called to John Locke Place at Gleniffer, at about 6.45pm on Sunday, following reports the group were struggling to swim.
The two men, believed to be in their 30s, were pulled from the Never Never River, however were unable to be revived and died at the scene.
NSW Ambulance told the Daily Mail a pregnant woman, also believed to be in her 30s, was transported to Coffs Harbour Health Campus for shock.
NSW Police confirmed a crime scene has been established as part of the investigation.
A report will be prepared for Coroner.
