Charlie Kirk’s devastated wife promised to honor his legacy by continuing his popular tours of university campuses to spread his ideas and spiritual guidance.
'There will be even more tours in the years to come,' Erika Kirk said during a Turning Point USA livestream on Friday.
She also pledged that Americafest, Turning Point’s annual conference, will still be held in Phoenix, Arizona, in December.
'It will be greater than ever,' she said. 'The radio and podcast show that he was so proud of will go on.'
Earlier in the day, police apprehended 22-year-old alleged assassin Tyler Robinson.
The suspect is from Washington, Utah. He is a student in the electrical apprenticeship program at Dixie Technical College in St. George.

Police have evacuated the area around Tyler Robinson's family home, according to Fox News.
Officers reportedly received 'concerning information' around the residence, Fox News reports.
Investigators have not revealed what prompted their concern, but said the information came from directly in front of the residence.
A police helicopter is flying above the middle-class neighborhood and reporters have been told to clear the area.

Alleged Charlie Kirk assassin Tyler Robinson,22, was a registered voter but not affiliated with any political party in Utah, Reuters reported.
Public records showed he was an 'inactive' voter, meaning he did not cast a vote in the 2024 presidential elections - the first one he would have been old enough to vote in.
However, Robinson's grandmother told Daily Mail the alleged killer grew up in a Republican household.

The U.S. Marine Corps has since confirmed that one of its members was fired.
'We are aware of a social media post that does not align with our core values,' Lt. Col. Joshua Benson, lead spokesman for the Marines, said in a statement.
'The Marine in question has been relieved of his recruiting duties, and the matter is currently under investigation.'

The harrowing audio revealed a chaotic scene as multiple witnesses among the hundreds in attendance reported seeing him struck by a bullet.
'He just got shot in the head,' one caller told dispatchers, referring to the 'current speaker' at Utah Valley University.
Another caller reported seeing the shot come 'from above the railing, above the courtyard.'
