Young woman arrested after going on wild stabbing spree near Melbourne - injuring four men

A 24-year-old woman has been charged after four people were allegedly stabbed in a regional Victorian city three hours east of Melbourne.
The woman was seen behaving erratically before she approached people in a Woolworths supermarket on Nicholson Street at Bairnsdale about 9.50pm on Thursday.
Victoria Police said she allegedly walked up to a 45-year-old male staff member and stabbed him in the stomach before leaving the store.
At a nearby fast-food restaurant car park she then allegedly approached a 21-year-old man who was sitting in his car and demanded a lift.
A fight then broke out between the two and the man received a cut wound to his stomach.
The woman then fled and went to a nearby hotel on Macleod Street where she assaulted a 52-year-old man, police allege.
He sustained a non-life-threatening laceration to his arm.
The woman then made her way to the Bairnsdale Train Station and allegedly stabbed a fourth man, 25, in the shoulder.

Emergency crews were called and quickly arrived at the train station where police arrested the 24-year-old woman.
She has been charged with intentionally cause injury and recklessly cause injury.
The Ravenhall woman will front Bairnsdale Magistrates' Court on Friday.
All four victims were taken to hospital.
The supermarket worker remains in a serious condition, while the remaining were treated for minor injuries and released.
Woolworths said the store has reopened and it was supporting staff members who were at the store when the alleged attack unfolded.
'There's no place for violence like this anywhere in our community and every retail worker deserves the right to a safe workplace,' it said.
'We're providing every support to the team member and their loved ones.'
