Bikie boss Toby Mitchell's wild party night of mysterious white powder and an exotic dancer at a posh inner-city penthouse - before cops shut him down ...and he's fuming

A former bikie boss has lashed out at Victoria Police after claiming 30 cops shut down his lavish rooftop party.

Ex-Mongols boss Toby Mitchell hosted a party at the swish Cullen Hotel in Melbourne’s well-heeled Prahran that included free-flowing alcohol, an exotic dancer and one snap which revealed traces of an unknown white powder.

Throughout the evening Mitchell was frequently sharing content from the soiree, which was held in honour of bikie enforcer Mark Balsillie’s birthday following his recent appointment as national president of the Finks.

In a picture taken from the lavish penthouse, Mitchell, 51, shared a photo of iconic artwork inside the boutique hotel - which is named after the late Australian artist, Adam Cullen.

The photograph sparked comment online after eagle-eyed viewers spotted traces of a mysterious white powder on the corner of a stainless-steel bench next to a bank card.

Daily Mail Australia is not suggesting the powder was illegal.

Entertainment from Balsillie's birthday also included a performance from a drag queen dancing to disco anthem 'Dirty Talk'.

‘It’s a different world now - bikies are hiring blokes to entertain them instead of women…wtf,’ one social media commentator posted on a picture from the event.

Later in the night, Mitchell took to Instagram to post pictures of police breaking up his party, alleging 30 officers arrived on his doorstep to shut down the event.

‘And for last night drama with 30 police rock up with booked the penthouse that said we could have 70 people there, no time restrictions, no nothing after 11 o’clock.' he posted.

‘The police come to the door and said there is only allowed to be four people in the room.’

He claimed he had email receipts confirming the hotel's 70-person guest limit.

Victoria Police confirmed they had attended the penthouse after receiving a complaint about the loud music.

'Police responded to reports of a noise complaint in Prahran on September 21,’ a police spokesman told Daily Mail Australia.

‘Officers attended a hotel on Commercial Road about 1am. The occupants were asked to vacate the room and left after discussions with police.’

Mitchell is no stranger to making headlines, In January a photo of him alongside AFL glamour couple Chris and Bec Judd at the Australian Open went viral.

However his wife Bec ignored the camera  and was snapped while looking at her phone instead.

The photo sparked a lot of media attention after it was shared by Mitchell, who now works as an influencer.

He later defended the photo claiming there was nothing awkward about the encounter.

‘Just to let everybody know there was nothing uncomfortable, just four people enjoying the tennis,’ he wrote on his Instagram Story.
