Kind-hearted Australians have rallied to support the heartbroken mum of a baby boy who died at a family daycare centre.
Riley Ma was found unresponsive at the facility in Wakerley, in Brisbane's east, around 3.30pm on Monday and couldn't be revived.
The one-year-old is understood to have suffered a suspected medical episode.
The loss of their only child has devastated Riley's parents, who are grappling with his maternal grandmother's battle against stage four cancer.
Since then, generous Aussies have raised more than $11,000 within hours to help the family after a GoFundMe was launched on Wednesday night.
Family friend and fundraiser organiser Yang Zhao said it was just last week she was cuddling the 'happy, smiling' little boy and now she 'can't believe he is in another world'.
'Riley’s parents, our dear friends, are devastated as they navigate this unimaginable pain,' Ms Zhao wrote.
'We are raising funds to support them with funeral expenses, legal assistance, and their fight for justice. Every contribution, no matter how small, will make a difference during this difficult time.

'Let’s come together and help Riley’s family in their time of need. Thank you for your kindness and support.'
Riley appeared to be in a happy mood when he was dropped off at daycare at about 7.30am on Monday.
Just hours later, Riley's father received the devastating phone call that the boy could not be saved, despite the best efforts of paramedics.
His shattered mother said she cannot comprehend what has happened and is still in shock that her only son is no longer with her.
'Me and my husband cherished our baby very much,' she told the Courier Mail earlier this week.
'He's my everything.'
The Chinese national, 36, claimed that emergency responders didn't allow her to say her final goodbyes to Riley after she rushed to the centre on Monday afternoon.
She also claimed that her husband was able to give Riley a cuddle before his body were taken away.
'I can't drink, I can't eat, I can't sleep, I just miss my little boy,' she said.

Close family friend Katrina Zhang told the newspaper that Riley appeared to have struggled during his final moments.
Ms Zhang said Riley's lips were purple and his fists were clenched tightly.
She said paramedics were already at the scene by the time Riley's father arrived.
Riley's mother revealed she faces the daunting task of telling her mother that her beloved grandson has died.
She has told her mum that Riley is sick, but admitted her mother will soon find out about the tragedy.
Police are investigating Riley's death and a report will be prepared for the coroner.
