A bewildered McDonald's customer who ordered a cheeseburger through an app was instead delivered an empty wrapper.
The woman, who lives in Sydney, ordered the meal with fries through the Uber Eats app last Tuesday.
'I tried to order a cheeseburger and it said no to everything so this is what I was sent,' she said in a video on TikTok.
The woman held up the wrapper to show that there was nothing inside.
She said she initially thought the bizarre mishap was 'some kind of sick joke'.
The woman claimed there was a glitch while she was trying to order online, which led to every ingredient on the burger being removed.
While she was left disappointed at the sight of the missing burger, the woman said the pack of fries were delivered.
McDonald's and Uber Eats are understood to be investigating the issue.

A McDonald's spokeswoman told Daily Mail Australia they are committed to serving customers to the best of their ability.
'We are investigating this and encourage the customer to contact our Customer Service team so we can look into it in more detail,' the spokeswoman said.
The woman is just one of several customers who have taken to social media claiming they received empty orders.
In April, Mel said she ordered a Double Big Mac but found the box completely empty.
She took to Facebook revealing that a technical error was to blame.
'There was a glitch in the Uber Eats app and somehow deselected every ingredient,' she wrote.
'Macca's staff must have thought I was cooked and just sent me an empty box'.
The receipt showed the eight ingredients that make up a Double Big Mac were all deselected, including the meat patties and the bun.
Daily Mail Australia contacted Uber Eats for comment.
