A man's body has been discovered at a popular hiking spot, ending a days-long search.
Nathan Scobie, 33, was last seen in Burleigh Heads, on Queensland's Gold Coast on January 16 at 5.30am.
Queensland police officers had found his 2022 Volkswagen van at Purling Brook Falls in the Springbrook National Park, at 10.30pm on the same day.
Police confirmed on Sunday morning they had discovered the body of Nathan Scobie, 33
An extensive search was launched with the Mr Scoobie's family saying they held 'serious concerns' for his welfare.
Police on Sunday confirmed his body was discovered on Sunday and that the death is not being treated as suspicious.
