Jesus rocks! Face of Christ appears on a GUITAR

The face of Jesus has been spotted on trees, windowpanes and even slices of toast.

But the Son of God has now made his latest earthly appearance on the face of a guitar.

Look closely and, just below the sound hole on the string instrument, the Divine One's face can be seen starring back at you.

The face of Jesus has 'appeared' on a guitar in a music store in Michigan, U.S.

The remarkable discovery was made on a guitar hanging in the Instrumental Music and Sound store in Michigan in the U.S.

Worker Jeff Hoyer was the first to notice the mysterious image and insists it is 100 per cent authentic.

He said: 'The reason that I didn't discover it when I was setting the guitar up, is when you look at it from this angle from the neck down the face disappears.

'It is proof that it cannot have been faked, that it is actually in the grain, because if it were airbrushed in there, or somehow faked, no matter what angle you looked at it, it would still be there.'

The guitar is made by the Washburn Company and is constructed of a rare type of maple.

And while it would normally have a £350 price tag, staff say the unique guitar is priceless and have taken it off sale.

'I've been here for 27 years and I've never seen anything close to that... the face is so clear,' My Hoyer added. 

'It reminded me, and a couple of other people, of the Shroud of Turin and we know who that was.

'It also reminds me of my brother, he's a biker.'
