A protester has violently smashed an egg on Craig Kelly's head in an unprovoked attack at a Melbourne park which ended with a bizarre bicycle chase.
The United Australia Party politician, 58, was attending a rally at South Yarra in Melbourne's south-east on Friday when the incident took place around 1.25pm.
In footage of the incident, the woman could be seen crushing an egg into the back of Mr Kelly's head while yelling 'stop hanging out with Nazis' repeatedly.
'You're a Nazi lover, Craig...Craig, stop hanging out with Nazis. You're an anti-Semite,' the woman could be heard saying.
'You're a Nazi-loving piece of sh*t, Craig.'
'You're a disgrace to democracy,' Mr Kelly told the woman moments after he was struck with the egg, before ordering her to 'go away.'

Victoria Police confirmed they are investigating reports of the attack.
'It was understood two women were involved in an incident where eggs were smashed onto the man's head at Fawkner Park, before running to a vehicle which was believed to be waiting nearby,' Victoria Police said in a statement.
'The man, from NSW, was not injured.'
A witness on a bicycle reportedly follow the two women before parking his bike in front of their car.
'It is alleged the male driver (then) ran over the cyclist's foot. He sustained minor injuries,' police said.
'The cyclist then followed the vehicle, which stopped nearby on Toorak Road. The driver gave his details to the cyclist.'
Victoria Police later confirmed in a statement that Mr Kelly (pictured) was unharmed
Earlier on Friday, it was revealed that Mr Kelly flew to Melbourne for anti-vax and freedom rallies at the expense of taxpayers.
'I was lobbying support for that [private member's bill] across the nation. 'If that's not parliamentary business, nothing is,' Mr Kelly told The Guardian, who said he flew via economy class.
'If I was any member of parliament, such a large public rally would be parliamentary business that you went to it. The fact that I had a private member's bill, or a couple of private members' bills before parliament at that stage, I think makes it a direct [matter of parliamentary business].'
On Thursday, United Australia Party leader Clive Palmer announced a populist policy to cap home loan interest rates at three per cent for the next five years.
He claimed the policy would protect six million Australians from losing their homes if interest rates soar and mortgage payments become unaffordable.
'We must protect all Australians, their assets and their way of life,' he said.
On Thursday, United Australia Party leader Clive Palmer announced a populist policy to cap home loan interest rates at three per cent for the next five years
The policy would threaten to fuel the rising rate of inflation and potentially reduce credit availability.
It has been tried in African and South American nations with ruinous consequences.
Kenya capped rates at four per cent in 2016 but scrapped the cap in 2019 because loans dried up and it damaged economic growth.
Mr Palmer admitted inflation may rise but said: 'There are other things we can do about inflation.'
The mining billionaire said he would pay down Australia's $1trillion debt in 20 years by introducing a 15 per cent licence fee on iron ore exports.
The move would affect his own investments but would not apply to ore processed in Australia.
He said Asian countries will be 'desperate for our iron ore' for years to come and Australia is well placed because South America is at full production and infrastructure in Africa 'is a nightmare.'
Mr Palmer is running candidates in all 151 electorates, including vaccine sceptic Hughes MP Craig Kelly who defected from the Liberals, and also in the Senate.
The unvaccinated billionaire, who was 'one day away' from dying with Covid, is hoping to capitalise on pro-choice and anti-lockdown sentiment to improve on his 2019 primary vote of 3.43 per cent.
Mr Palmer has said he will not include Labor and the Liberals in his 'how to vote cards' for the Senate and will order his House preferences based on 'who is best for our policies'.
He said he would personally put the Greens above the Liberal and Labor parties because they have not been involved in racking up huge debts.
