Welcome to our Polish special report
Financial Mail on Sunday and thisismoney.co.uk are breaking new ground by publishing a report to provide cash and careers advice specifically for the near-1m Poles living in the UK.

Informacja, rada i pomoc po Polsku
Our special supplement is published simultaneously in English and Polish and will be reprinted next week in the Polish language newspaper, Polish Express.
It is the first time that the money supplement of a national newspaper has undertaken such an adventurous project and demonstrates our determination to provide quality financial advice and assistance to this rapidly growing, hard-working and aspirational community.
More than 10,000 Poles leave home each month to come to the UK. About half are university educated and most speak good English.
Despite that, however, it can be difficult to set up the right bank account, to work as a professional rather than an hourly paid cleaner to send money back home without being fleeced by an intermediary.
The big high street banks may be falling over themselves to attract the attention of the Polish community. But are they trying to help or simply targetting potentially vulnerable customers? This is the moment at which new arrivals in Britain need good, solid advice. And that is exactly what Financial Mail and thisismoney are able to provide - week in week out.
I hope you enjoy the report in Financial Mail and the additional information offered online. I also hope many of you will take advantage of the chance to put your questions on personal or business finance to our experts who will be online LIVE on Tuesday from 10.30 until 2.30.
And, finally, I hope all of you will continue to buy Financial Mail on Sunday every week and use thisismoney.co.uk for quality financial news and advice.
