New: View My Accounts
BANKING online has already made it easier for you to keep track of your finances from the comfort of your own home. But as anyone with more than one account accessed on the Net knows, having numerous passwords and usernames for different websites can make life difficult.
Now This Is Money can offer a great new service that enables you to manage all aspects of your finances in one secure place, with just one password.
By registering for View My Accounts, you can access on your computer the details of your mortgage, credit cards, current accounts, loyalty cards and email accounts in one easy to use account. Registration is free and only takes a few minutes.
Once you've signed up, adding your existing accounts to your VMA page couldn't be easier. You can view a demonstration of how it all works before deciding whether it's for you.
As well as the convenience, VMA can save you money. The service, provided in conjunction with Money Supermarket, constantly compares your existing deals with others in the market and shows you at a glance how much you could save by switching. As the comparisons are always being updated, you will be kept informed of some of the best deals around every time you log in.
So for example, if you have a credit card with a balance of £4,000, VMA takes your card's interest rate and compares it with thousands of other available products, then tells you how much better off you could be with a new card.
VMA uses the latest in high-level encryption to ensure your details are secure.
