'No statement' from Superframe

Engineering company Superframe Group, responding to reports it was soon to become a reverse takeover target for an Internet firm, said it had no plans for any statement.

'We are not planning to make any announcement in the near future,' Superframe Managing Director Andy Gilbert said in response to questions about speculation reported in newspapers.

Gilbert said he had nothing further to say on the matter.

Shares in the company, which sported a market capitalisation of £1.5 million at Wednesday's close, were trading at 47p, up 15 1/2p or 49.2%.
