Can you advise the best credit card to transfer existing credit cards debts to at the best rate of interest to reduce my payments?

Emma Rowland at financial information provider Moneyfacts says: According to our database the best deal at present on transferred debts comes from Direct Line (0181 667 9822), whose Mastercard is charged at 6.8% for the first six months, followed by People's Bank of Connecticut (0500 551055) on Mastercard and Visa at 6.9%, a deal which runs out on Nov 1, 1999. Don't forget to check what the rate goes up to after the transfer rate expires.
