Holiday payday?

I KNOW that an employee has to work for 13 weeks before they are entitled to paid leave. But if you leave after, say, two months are you entitled to be paid accrued holiday pay for those two months or is it tough luck because the 13 weeks has not gone by? NM.

Shortly new regulations will come into force that mean all workers will be entitled to two weeks holiday a year regardless of how long they have worked. It works out in effect at 1.66 days off for every month they have worked and starts running from the first day of employment.
