WHEN will Lloyds TSB ordinary stock dividend be paid and how much is it likely to be? PW, Brentwood, Essex.

William Logan at Natwest Stockbrokers says: Lloyds TSB normally pays two dividends a year. The last dividend date was August 14 and it was paid on October 10. The next could be around May but no dates have yet been announced.

There is no way we could say how much it will be - the amount of the next dividend will be announced along with the annual results on February 14.
