can advise on the various legal requirements for marrying in different

countries. Contact a travel agent for more details.

Check also with the

Embassy or High Commission for the country that your wedding arrangements are

in line with local laws and that your marriage will be valid in Britain.

One of the major attractions of a wedding abroad is the cost: you get a

breathtaking location, wedding, flight and accommodation for around one third

of the cost of the average white wedding at home.

So if you know your family

and friends can come to terms with not being there, this could be a very

tempting choice.
