Place 1 handful chopped unpeeled green apple in a powerful blender with 1 handful chopped peeled cucumber, 1 small handful torn kale leaves (no tough stalks), 1 handful fresh blueberries (or frozen blackcurrants) and a 25g-30g scoop protein powder. Add 5g matcha tea, if wished. Top up with still mineral water to achieve a good consistency and blitz for 30 seconds or until smooth.
