BERAN PARRY, 56
Health guru Beran Parry, 56, was born in South Africa, lives in Spain and travels regularly to the UK and Brussels for work

The mother-of-one keeps in shape with a daily hour-long walk and Pilates
Health guru Beran was born in South Africa, lives in Spain and travels regularly to the UK and Brussels for work.
The mother-of-one has a 37-year-old son and is a bestselling nutritional and wellbeing specialist who has written dozens of books on topics such as healthy eating, exercise and stress management.
She believes the key to staying youthful is a paleo diet, Indian Ayurvedic medicine and Pilates.
At the age of 40, she started studying these three weight loss and anti ageing strategies with doctors and specialists in South Africa, the UK, the US and India.
She then went on to study nutritional therapy, as well as obtaining certification in eating disorders, hormone balance and sports nutrition, as well as hands on experience in ayurvedic nutrition.
Her approach is obviously working as she could certainly pass for a woman two decades younger.
Beran's other tips include using natural beauty products on your face, body and hair.
She also recommends walking for an hour every day as well as doing Pilates twice a week.
JAYNE CLARK, 60

Jayne eats a healthy vegetarian diet but keeps things balanced by enjoying a glass of champagne
The grandmother-of-five from Esher, Surrey, has five daughters and a toyboy husband, Martin, 14 years her junior.
She is a mother to nine-year-old twins who she credits with keeping her mind young.
When she's out and about with her 40-year-old daughter, people think they're sisters and what's more, when she pushes her 15-month-old granddaughter, Nyla, in her buggy, everyone thinks Jayne is the mother.
Jayne says she is probably a size 14 on top and sometimes a 12 for skirts and trousers.

Jayen has just returned from six years living in Yangon, Myanmar where she was working
An exciting career as a professional helicopter pilot has also, perhaps, kept Jayne feeling youthful.
She recently retired from her job flying people to offshore oil and gas rigs and she was also a commercial pilot, flying film stars, politicians, royalty and business people.
She has just returned from six years living in Yangon, Myanmar where she was working.
The glamorous gran keeps her skin in tip top condition by cleansing ever night and moisturising twice a day
It's hard to believe Jayne is a grandmother of five
Jayne always cleanses at night and moisturises twice a day.
Lots of water and exercise is also part of her healthy routine and she eats a nutritious vegetarian diet.
But for Jayne it's all about balance and she is the first to enjoy a glass of champagne and dance the night away.
JACQUI WALKER, 49
Jacqui Walker from Bristol, 49, believes the good genes she inherited from her mother have kept her looking young
Jacqui, left, could pass for her 25-year-old daughter's sister
The twice divorced mother-of-two from Bristol is turning 50 next month and is currently single.
'I'm not sure what my secret is except good genes from my mother who looks good for 83,' she said.
'I do everything in moderation but try to eat well and sleep well.'
The mother-of-two has been married twice but is currently single and focusing on herself
Jacqui, pictured on a night out, enjoys the company of friends of all ages
Jacqui's son is 27 and her daughter is 25 and after having her children at a relatively young age, she's focusing on herself.
'I have friends of all ages and don't but an age limit on things I became a police officer at 42 and have just had a brace fitted on my teeth,' she revealed.
Jacqui wears size 12 and steers away from anything too 'young' in favour of what suits her.
Jacqui says she gets odd looks from people who can't believe she's a 49-year-old mother of grown up children
'My daughter always borrows my clothes, which is a compliment,' she said.
'I get looked at oddly when I tell people my age and get questioned when I mention my children's ages.
'I haven't got any funny anecdotes but when out with my daughter no one believes that I am her mother.'
PENNY TURNER, 50
Penny Turner, 50, from West Sussex now lives in Florida and finds that new friends are shocked when she reveals her age
Penny relies on old favourites such as Olay and Pond's cream for her beauty routine
Penny who lives in Florida with her family says that sunblock is a must
The mother-of-three from Crawley, West Sussex now lives in Windermere, Florida where she runs a business with her husband.
'I like to think I am holding back the years too, but I believe it comes from inside,' she said.
Penny wears size eight to 10 clothes, but insists she has to 'work at it' these days.
'I certainly don't have a gym body, more a mum body,' she said. 'I do Zumba a few times a week, but mainly for the laughs and friendship. Dancing is a great way to feel happy.
The 50-year-old says she still feels 21 inside and can party with the best of them
Penny insists she will never have Botox and won't consider a face lift to stay youthful
'I do get a fair amount of comments when I mention my age to new people - mostly disbelief and that's a wonderful compliment.
'Just yesterday a new friend I was lunching with was very surprised when I said I was 50.
'I proudly tell them, "well my eldest is 22". I also have a wonderful step daughter who is 26. I like to drop that into a conversation too.
'But I am realistic. I enjoy the comments but they won't last forever. I am on borrowed time with them I'm sure.'
Penny maintains her size eight to ten figure with Zumba
The mum-of-three believes that a youthful attitude to life will show on the outside
In Florida is not uncommon to have surgical procedures. I quite fancy a tummy tuck but I am worried about the big scar so probably not.
I wont have any Botox or lifts to my face though because I like expression and its always too obvious. "I wont mess with my face" is my motto.'
Penny said she really does feel 21 inside, and can still party with the best of them.
Shielding her skin from the sun is one of Penny's top beauty tips
Penny loves getting compliments on her youthful looks but says she's realistic and knows they won't last forever
The fun-loving mother-of-three is always the first one on the dance floor
'Nowadays though I will save my wilder moments for here at home with good friends. Maybe a BBQ, some shots for fun, and then a hot tub afterwards.
'I always enjoy dancing so if there's a dance floor and some 80s hits or country you can count on seeing me up there throwing the shapes.
'I really do believe a youthful attitude and your three quarters of the way to a youthful appearance.'
Rather than expensive lotions and potions, Penny moisturises with Olay and uses Pond's cream to take off her eye make up.
'I rarely use foundation , I think its ageing to the skin,' she said.
Her other beauty must is to wear sunblock and avoiding lying out in direct sunlight.
