I dream that people are chasing me

I always have dreams of people or things chasing me, whether it be outside or indoors.

I don't generally see what is chasing me however

it feels that it is groups of people or things.

A little like people in battle. I am always hiding or running away. Sometimes I have also been killed

in my dream. Please help I get this quite often.
