Why am I always hungry?
I always seem to be hungry.
I need to eat every two hours, or I feel shaky, tired and sick. Blood tests done by my doctor have ruled out thyroid problems, diabetes and anaemia.
I am 4'11" and 7 stone 7, so I am normal weight.
How can I change my diet so I don't feel this way? Are there certain foods I should eat or avoid?
