How can I correct my inverted nipples?

I have inverted nipples. Whenever I am cold or aroused they invert.

They can be sucked out, but that will be the only time that they do

actually come out.

I have tried the 'Nipplette' that I bought from Boots, but it is impossible

to get it to stay on for any length of time, and the instructions are to

keep it on continuously for about a month.

How can I get this corrected? I am willing to try all options.
