Bespoke and couture are the usual watchwords for a celebrity’s wardrobe.
After all, A-listers are often dressed in the very best designer clothes – for free – while the rest of us mere mortals try to emulate their style for a fraction of the cost.
So when a celebrity does spot a High Street piece they can’t resist, it must be something pretty special.
We’ve done the legwork to show you how to get your hands on the stars’ favourite bargains.
From Emily Ratajkowski’s jeans to Kristen Bell’s dress, and the bag Katie Holmes and Bella Hadid both carry, check out our fabulous guide to celeb-approved High Street heroes.
But be quick, star-style doesn’t hang around for long...
Trendy denim at Mango
L-r: Wide-leg jeans, £79.99, mango.com; Model Emily Ratajkowski wears Mango's wide-leg jeans
Model Emily Ratajkowski is a devotee of wide-leg denim as shown by her choice of Mango jeans. At £79.99, they’re far more affordable than the cult Chloe pair (£730) with a similar cut. And this dark wash is a practical choice.
Em’s a fan of Mango, having worn its tops and jumpers many times, while Rosie Huntington-Whiteley wore a gorgeous Mango maxi dress at Cannes last year.
Clean and classic lines from Me+Em
L-r: Rib knit dress, now £137.50, meandem.com; Lupita Nyong’o stuns in Me+Em’s metallic knit dress
Supremely chic actress Lupita Nyong’o opted for British label Me+Em’s metallic knit dress, which is now half price (£137.50).
It has a subtle sparkle without being over the top – take your style cue from Lupita and add a statement belt.
Katie Holmes has also worn the brand’s grown-up yet glamorous dresses, while actress Daisy Edgar-Jones recently chose its taupe trench (at £495, it’s pricey but a true classic).
Flattering dresses by Reformation
L-r: Tagliatelle denim midi, £228, thereformation.com; Kristen Bell is a fan of the Tagliatelle denim midi
Reformation is a perennial celebrity favourite. Taylor Swift wore the Sora gingham linen dress (£248) to the US Open tennis, while Jennifer Aniston owns two of the Kourtney midis (£298).
Kristen Bell is a fan of the Tagliatelle denim midi (£228) – the fitted bodice and nipped in waist make this dress supremely flattering. Dress down with flats or pair with wedges for the summer.
Sezane’s coats with Gallic charm
L-r: Clyde trench, £275, Sezane.com; Sienna Miller loves Sezane’s oversized Clyde trench
For coats and jackets with a stylish Parisian cool factor, look no further than French label Sezane.
Actress Sienna Miller loves their oversized Clyde trench in camel, which has a playful check lining (£275).
Selena Gomez, star of the Oscar-winning Emilia Perez, is a fan of the belted wool Mederick coat (£370).
And the brand gets the Gen Z seal of approval thanks to model Lila Moss, who has been seen wearing one of its brown suede jackets – get the Terry in camel for £330.
The slouchy Dune tote bag everyone wants
Bella Hadid (pictured) with her bag of choice - Dune’s Deliberate L priced at £149
Woven bag, £149, dunelondon.com
When it comes to arm candy, the must-have bag this season is an oversized, woven slouchy style in chocolate brown.
You might assume model Bella Hadid and actress Katie Holmes would be carrying the Bottega Veneta Hop tote, with a price tag of £3,670 – but their bag of choice is Dune’s very similar Deliberate L at £149 (it’s so popular one is sold every 15 minutes).
Rachel Zegler’s court heels... from Kurt Geiger
Star of the new Snow White film Rachel Zegler (pictured) wears Kurt Geiger's Belgravia Eagle heel, £179
Court heels, £179, kurtgeiger.com
Kudos to Kurt Geiger for this modern twist on a simple court shoe.
Most celebrities favour Manolo Blahnik on the red carpet, but this Belgravia Eagle heel, £179, worn by Rachel Zegler (star of the new Snow White film), offers a similar look without the designer price tag.
Pop star Olivia Rodrigo is also a fan of the brand’s heels – she opted for their Shoreditch Platform courts, £179, which deliver on preppy chic.
