We're 'too beautiful' for love! Models who can't find a date claim they intimidate men with their good looks and are banned from apps because their pictures don't look 'real'

  • These models say their stunning good looks are holding them back in love
  • One women cant find love because she 'intimidates her dates'
  • Another says snaps were removed from Bumble because she is 'too beautiful'
  • Meet the ladies who are 'too hot' to land a partner

When it comes to a first date, most people try to look their best, but these women who work as models, claim their stunning good looks are actually holding them back when it comes to love.

For instance, Elizabeth Marie Chevalier, 27, a Playboy model from San Diego, California, says she finds that men are either too intimidated by her looks to properly woo her - or they can't understand that her wearing a bikini online is 'just a job' and that there is actually much more to her.

Meanwhile, Alaw Haff, 24, from Mold, Wales, makes £44,000 a year on OnlyFans, but she says she got kicked off dating apps because people don't think her pictures are real.

Tahlia Paris, 24, from Los Angeles, California, had a similar experience on Bumble, even though she did her best to choose conservative pictures because she didn't want to be judged for being a model.

Here, singletons who claim they are 'too hot' to land a partner explain why they have so much trouble finding a date.

REJECTED BY BUMBLE

Playboy model Tahlia Paris, 24, from Los Angeles, California, said her photos were removed from Bumble even though they didn't break any guidelines – and she believes it's because she is 'too beautiful'.

She has been single for four years and was hoping being on an app would help her find the one, but she was shocked when her photos were removed by the moderators.

Tahlia, who also works as a DJ, said: 'I was on the app for not even a few hours.'

She added that the pictures she tried to post were 'removed even though they were normal photos'.

'It happened three or four times to different pictures and Bumble only allowed one of my pictures to stay up, which was really hurting my odds in the dating app world,' she explained.

In fact, Tahlia says that she took steps to ensure that the photos she shared on the app were as 'PG' as possible, sticking to imagery that she was sure wouldn't be flagged by any moderators.

Tahlia, who also works as a DJ, said her photos were removed from Bumble after 'only a few hours'

'The photos I posted very were basic,' she said. 'One was a selfie of myself, one was a picture a friend of mine had taken at the beach.

'I tried to keep it very PG and not model-esque at all. I wanted guys to not stop at my profile because I'm a professional model but because I was just another average girl looking to date.'

Tahlia first spoke out about her Bumble experience in January last year, explaining at the time that she had three photos removed from her profile: one of her in a bikini on the beach, one of her playing Pac Man in a bikini top, and one red carpet snap.

The bikini photo was later reinstated by Bumble, according to Tahlia.

The company said in a statement that profiles cannot include 'shirtless bathroom mirror selfies' or photos of people wearing 'underwear or swimsuits' indoors.

According to Tahlia, she has struggled with love in the past because of her social media presence - with the model revealing that she made sure to keep her Instagram hidden from her Bumble so that men wouldn't judge her based solely on her provocative photos.

'I've had guys in the past solely try to hook up with me because of my presence on social media,' she said. 'When [I] turned [them] down, a few of their responses were like, "But wait, you model for Playboy" – as if that was something that made it easier to have sex with me.'

'I would never post anything offensive but it's hard to find a picture of myself wearing clothes when 90% of my pictures are in lingerie or swimwear due to my work.'

SO HOT MY PICS WERE USED TO CATFISH

OnlyFans model Luna Benna, 21, who now lives in Florida, said her snaps were so attractive, she got banned from Tinder because the images kept being used to catfish people.

She first signed up in 2017 and even went on some dates but was shocked when her account was removed.

'People were stealing my photos and making money using my images. Catfishing, basically,' she said.

'It's really disappointing when people create fake profiles after stealing my images – it's sad for the person behind the image, and sad for the person who gets catfished.

'There's so many fake profiles out there, whenever I start a legit account I get reported and Tinder has me taken down!

'I've had a lot of different looks over the years, and have been on the Internet forever, so they have lots of options to work with.

'There's even a fake Facebook of me somewhere that someone made, it currently has thousands of followers!

'I just need to keep reminding myself I can't do anything about it, and it's out of my control.'
