TERMS OF ENTRY 

Eligibility of participants

1 To enter a competition all participants must comply with the entry requirements stated in the competition advertisement and/or promotional material. The participant acknowledges that failure to comply with the rules may result in his or her disqualification from the competition.

2 Unless otherwise stated, entry to all competitions is restricted to participants who are residents of the United Kingdom and 18 years of age or over.

3 Where participants are required to enter in one of several age categories, the relevant category for each participant shall be that category appropriate to the participant’s age on the closing date of the competition. A participant is assumed to be of a certain age up to and including the day prior to his or her next birthday.

TICKETING DISCLAIMER

The competition winner expressly understands and agrees that: (a) Any of Dinosaurs in the Wild services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis and Dinosaurs in the Wild and make no warranties, representations or conditions (as used in this section "warranties") of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement and that any such warranties are hereby expressly disclaimed, and (b) Dinosaurs in the Wild make no warranties that they or any of their services, including any content, information, products or services obtained from or through the use of this them or any of their services, will be provided on an uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free basis or that such services or the results derived therefrom will meet your requirements or expectations.

TICKET TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

The Ticket Factory acts as an agent for Promoters and Organisers and tickets are issued on behalf of the organisation staging the event as identified on the face of the ticket. 

The Promoter/Organiser reserves the right to: 

- make reasonably necessary alterations to the advertised event arrangements, featured participants or programme 

- cancel or abandon any event without notice and without liability for compensation or damage other than up to a maximum of the ticket price (If an event cancels in advance we will make reasonable attempts to contact you using the details you have provided). 

The venue reserves the right to: 

- refuse admission to, or remove you from the venue in reasonable circumstances 

- such as the refusal of security checks or if venue staff consider that your behaviour may adversely affect other people's enjoyment of the event and without a refund 

- require latecomers to wait until a suitable break in the performance before being admitted 

- provide alternative tickets at the event should the staging of the event so require e.g. due to unavoidable seating changes 

- confiscate prohibited items such as bottles, cans, food and drink not purchased at the event, cameras or items that may potentially be used as a weapon - in accordance with its policies. If in any doubt please check with the venue before attending. 

Tickets cannot be changed unless an event is cancelled or rescheduled so please check your tickets carefully on receipt and contact us immediately if you have any queries. We are not liable for lost, destroyed or stolen tickets and cannot always replace them. Please take special care of standing or other general admission tickets as for many venues duplicates cannot be issued under any circumstances. 

Tickets are not transferable and their resale for profit or commercial gain (except by us or our authorised sub-agents) or use in promotions or packages without the express permission of the Promoter / Organiser is prohibited and may render them void. Please check details such as timings and car park charges with the venue before travelling as these may be subject to late changes. 

The competition winner must produce a valid ticket to attend the event and removing parts of, defacing or otherwise altering your ticket may render it void. If you experience any problems with your seating or enjoyment prior to or during the event please inform venue staff immediately as issues cannot always be resolved after the event. Please note loud music or noise can damage hearing. The unauthorised use of cameras, video or sound recording equipment is prohibited at the event and such items may be confiscated by attending the event you consent to being filmed / recorded as part of the audience for security and broadcast without payment. 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY 

You expressly understand and agree that in no event shall Dinosaurs in the Wild be liable for any damages whatsoever, including any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages, and any damages for loss of profits, savings, goodwill or other intangible losses, regardless of whether Dinosaurs in the Wild have been advised or could have foreseen the possibility of such damages, arising out of or in connection with: (a) the use, inability to use or performance of any of the services of Dinosaurs in the Wild, or (b) any unauthorized access to or modification to any of your content or transmissions, or (c) any other matter relating to Dinosaurs in the Wild.

The Ticket Factory attempt to ensure that the information available on the web site at any one time is accurate. However, The Ticket Factory cannot guarantee that it will be fault free and we cannot be responsible for goods and services offered by The Ticket Factory as agents for third parties or for any aspect of the relationship between you and that third party. The Ticket Factory do not accept liability for any errors and/or omissions and reserve the right to change any of the information found at this site at any time without notice. The Ticket Factory do not accept liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use of or the inability to use the web site or for any products or services purchased from the web site. The Ticket Factory will only be liable for direct loss (save in the case of death or personal injury in respect of which there is no limit) up to a maximum total of the price of the product or service purchased. This liability section only applies to the extent permitted by law.

Tickets to Dinosaurs in the Wild will be posted to the winner by the Competition Promoter.

Travel costs and expenses are not covered in the prize.

Winning prizes are available to redeem 6 days a week (experience does not run on Monday’s) during Dinosaurs in the Wild show being held at the National Exhibition Centre, subject to room availability.

The winner will be contacted by the Competition Promoter between pre-determined dates confirmed with publication.

JURISDICTION 

Every purchase you make shall be deemed performed in England. English law shall govern every aspect of contractual agreement concerning purchases made from us. The invalidity or enforceability of any term shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any of the other terms.

In accordance with UK legislation, it is an offence to smoke in all enclosed public spaces. Dogs are not permitted on the premises, with the exception of Assistance Dogs. Please take care of all personal property brought onto the premises. Official merchandise is only available inside the premises.
