Huntingdon knife attack: Two British nationals - one 'black' and one of 'Caribbean

EXCLUSIVE Moment Huntingdon train attack suspect is wrestled to the floor after knifeman left nine passengers fighting for their lives - as police say two men held on suspicion of attempted murder

NEW The shocking mobile phone footage was taken by a taxi driver who was near the front of the station waiting to pick up a passenger. Videos shows the man being tasered as five armed cops tackle him to the ground - a police dog and it's handler can also be seen. The taser can be heard pulsing as officers shout 'give me your f***ing hands' as they try to put him in handcuffs. British Transport Police received reports of multiple stabbings on the train at 7.42pm yesterday before officers raced to the scene in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, in just eight minutes. A 32-year-old black male and a 35-year-old black male of Caribbean decent were arrested by Cambridgeshire Police when officers stormed on board. Both men are British nationals. A total of 10 passengers were rushed to Addenbrookes Hospital in Cambridge last night, with nine in critical condition. Two remain in critical condition this morning. Police have today said there is 'nothing to suggest this is a terrorist incident'. The mass stabbing has been declared a major incident with Counter Terrorism Police supporting the investigation.

Moment Have I Got News For You audience applauds Andrew losing his Prince title as show is halted for the announcement

On Thursday night, King Charles III stripped his brother of his titles and announced Andrew would be leaving his home at Royal Lodge after paying 'a peppercorn rent' for decades. Andrew Mountbatten Windsor - as he will now be known - has for many years been dogged by allegations he sexually abused Virginia Giuffre after she was trafficked by Epstein, which he strenuously denies. The breaking news was reported as this week's episode of Have I Got News For You was being filmed and the producer, unsurprisingly, took the decision to halt the show to pass on the news to this week's host Jason Manford. Mr Manford was appearing on the political satire show alongside regular panelists Paul Merton and Ian Hislop as well as fellow guests comedian Laura Smyth and former Transport Secretary Louise Haigh.

Aid worker tells of 'nightmare' hundreds of thousands of people fleeing slaughter and
NEW An aid worker who has been witnessed hundreds of thousands of people fleeing the slaughter and starvation sweeping across Sudan has told of the 'nightmarish' situation. 'This is the world's biggest humanitarian crisis right now and we are at breaking point,' Mathilde Vu, advocacy manager for the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC), told the Daily Mail. The NRC is one of the few western NGOs currently operating in Darfur, where two years of civil war have had apocalyptic results. This week, shocking images emerged from Al-Fasher, where rebels from the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) were accused of mass atrocities as they attacked the city they had besieged for more than 18 months. The World Health Organisation said the RSF had killed more than 460 patients and staff inside the Saudi maternity hospital.
