When you arrive at the Pennyhill Park Hotel you'll be shown into the room where the course will take place.
A small (tealite) candle will be lit for each participant and when you arrive, you will be asked to choose your Personal Information Pack, containing one of several (tumbled) crystals, phials of foods/other substances for tolerance testing later in the day, and information relating to the topics under discussion.

Introductions
Joannah Metcalfe & The Holistic Living Team
Joannah Metcalfe will tell her own story and the circumstances which resulted in her pursuing an international career as a Natural Health author and practitioner. She will also introduce the concept of Holistic Living Limited (HL) and the (HL)Team of practitioners who will work alongside her during the course.

Physical Energy & Subtle Energy
An explanation of physical energy, subtle energy and vibrational medicine. The auric field will be discussed, with an explanation regarding how we affect others as well as ourselves by the way we think 'thought is energy'. How we can send absent healing and what energetic messages 'worry' releases. The law of 'cause and effect' will be covered.

We Are What We Eat!
How we obtain energy from food (the living (organic) essence of food); how cooking and processing can destroy the subtle energies of foods; how natural supplements can balance our diet (and our bodies and hence our energy levels) ¿ and help us resist stress.
Explanation of food cravings (chocolate = magnesium deficiency; hormonal imbalances/changes in the body during pregnancy - and how cravings can be managed).
We will then ask everyone to review their completed HL Consultation sheets and fill in the blank reflection sheets, to identify individual requirements.

A demonstration of muscle testing with a member of the audience - testing intolerance to the food substances contained in the phials in participant packs
