How to get Cat Deeley's arms: Secrets of an A-list body
WE REVEAL how to get the enviable physiques of the stars.
This week: Cat Deeley's arms.
Cat Deeley is getting used to wowing Hollywood with her red carpet appearances. Recently the So You Think You Can Dance presenter revealed perfectly toned arms at the Emmy Awards in L.A.
Deeley routine: Cat Deeley keeps fit by walking every day, and doing sit-ups and arm exercises
The 36-year-old Brummie says: 'I love going to the beach, skiing or riding a horse. I walk every day, do a few sit-ups and arm things. I'll do a couple of sessions of yoga a week, and I eat really healthily.'
What to try: The lying extension. Lying on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hold a dumbbell in each hand.
Bend arms at your elbows so that weights rest on the floor by your ears (elbows pointing to the ceiling). Extend the dumbbells towards the ceiling by straightening your arms.
Do two sets of 8-10 repetitions.
