Eating nuts could help reduce the risk of developing one form of diabetes.
A study of more than 4,000 men and women aged 40 to 69 in Finland found that those with a higher intake of vitamin E were less likely to get Type 2 diabetes, which has been linked to obesity.
Sources of vitamin E include almonds, walnuts and cashews, wheat germ oil, soya bean oil, shrimps and brown rice.
