If the FBU's bad, Prescott's even worse

I WARNED any firemen who would listen that their dimwit union chiefs were leading them straight to disaster with their laughable 40 per cent pay claim.
I think the FBU is a contemptible organisation, quite unworthy of the people it represents. But the firemen themselves still deserve our support, against the monstrous bullying and damaging 'modernisation' which John Prescott now plans to inflict on them.
This will certainly lead to a worse fire service than the one we now have.
