Someone has to stand up to the New Labour elite

He has seen that our new rulers are an Èlite club who care little for the people they govern. As a result, they have gone much further than a democratic British government ought to do.
In Anthony Blair, the British thought they had hired a repairman to fix a few minor faults. By the time he started digging up the foundations and concreting over the garden, smiling charmingly as the walls cracked and the chainsaw bit into the trees, it was too late to get rid of him.
In theory, the Monarchy, the Civil Service, the opposition parties, the judges, the police and the Armed Forces have the independence to stand up to a Government which abuses its power.
But no one does stand up. The Leftliberal revolution of the past 40 years has infiltrated most of these things, and they are weaker than they used to be. What makes it worse is that the last Tory government also scorned tradition and treated many British people as if they were expendable.
The poor Queen has almost no room for manoeuvre at all. If she is worried she cannot even hint at it without risking the throne itself. But Charles can, and - until there is a proper Parliamentary opposition again - it is not just right for him to do so. It is his duty.
