WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Orders are processed in the order that they were received, If it has been more than 10-15 business days (Monday thru Friday) since you placed your order, please use the form below to contact us and we are happy to help track your order.

REFUNDS
In the event that the item you ordered is unable to be sent due to stock issues, a refund will be issued to the original payment method you used. Refunds can take up to 2-3 days to show in your account and may depend on your bank.

Please note: All sales are final. Decorated items may not be returned or exchanged.

 
GIFT CARD NOT WORKING?
In the gift card box on the cart page, enter your code (it should be a series of letters and numbers separated by dashes: SHGX0-CM1QK-Z3CMS) and click “Activate”

If you get an error message that says the card is invalid please double-check the card number – sometimes capital O should be a zero 0 same for capital I should be a 1 or vice-versa.

If you still get an error please email us using the form below and we will check to see what the issue is.

 
RETURNS

• If the item you received is defective, we are happy to issue you a refund the item at no charge.
• Please use the form below to submit your request.
• Custom made to order items are only returnable for defects.
• Once you have an RA#, you can return items to the gift shop at no charge. If you prefer to ship it back, please note that return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
• All returns, including defective merchandise, must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
