The Desired Outcomes 3 RFP programs develop projects to provide improving health, developmental screening services and assessment needs to population of at risk children ages 0 through 5 years with disabilities and learning difficulties within Merced County.
These programs work with families, educators, health, and social services providers to support young children 0-5 years and their parents.
The program assists children in becoming personally, socially, and physically competent, effective learners, and ready to transition into kindergarten.
