Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final. Once an order is confirmed, cancellations, changes, or modifications cannot be processed.

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, you may be eligible for an exchange. If an exchange is not available, you may request a return for a full refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase and will be issued once the item has been received back at our warehouse. Please allow 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
International orders are not eligible for returns; however, if you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us and we will issue a refund accordingly.
All damages must be reported within 10 business days of the delivery date.
Missing Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but has not been received, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to file a claim. Once an order is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We can help you file a claim with your carrier and discuss your options. Contact Support
Please note: If your package has been in transit for more than 10 business days with no movement, please reach out to our customer service team within 10 business days and we’ll do our best to assist.
A refund can only be processed once the carrier has finalized their investigation, this process takes 30 business days. We cannot accommodate within that time frame.
