Sarah Lazarus is an Editor and Senior Writer for CNN’s Global Features team.

Based at the network’s Asia-Pacific headquarters in Hong Kong, she oversees the team’s digital feature production on a wide range of topics including technology, science, travel, health and the environment.

Prior to joining CNN, Lazarus wrote for the Financial Times, The Guardian, National Geographic, Nikkei Asian Review and South China Morning Post. Her book, “Troubled Waters: The Changing Fortunes of Whales and Dolphins,” was published by London’s Natural History Museum in 2006.

Lazarus has a BSc from University College London and a master’s degree from the University of Cambridge.
