Redistricting in Oregon
- Oregon gained a congressional seat after the 2020 census. Oregon’s map was passed by the Democratic-controlled legislature and signed by Democratic Gov. Kate Brown in September 2021, making it the first state to complete congressional redistricting.
- The new map maintains one safe seat for Republicans. The other five districts lean Democratic, but the 5th District will be more competitive.
