Top Blues News

  • Blues' Pius Suter: Pots game-winning goal

Suter scored the game-winning goal in Monday's 3-2 win over the Oilers.

Suter struck with 1:23 left in the third period, breaking a 2-2 tie in the process. The 29-year-old has four points over his last four games and looks to be settling in as a middle-six center for the Blues. He's up to five goals, eight points, 22 shots on net, 10 hits and a plus-2 rating across 13 contests. Suter isn't the strongest scorer from a fantasy perspective, but he should be capable of challenging for a new career high in points after putting up 46 in 81 games with the Canucks last year.

  • Blues' Robert Thomas: Scores, assists in return

Thomas recorded an even-strength goal and a power-play assist in Monday's 3-2 win over the Oilers.

Thomas returned to the lineup in style, assisting on Dalibor Dvorsky's first-ever NHL goal and then scoring late in the second frame to even things up. Thomas, who missed four games due to an upper-body injury from Oct. 25-Nov. 1, has picked things up right where he left off before the injury. Thomas has shown up on the scoresheet in each of his past four appearances, tallying one goal and five assists over that stretch.

  • Blues' Dalibor Dvorsky: Scores first goal of career

Dvorsky scored a power-play goal in Monday's 3-2 win over the Oilers.

Dvorsky made two regular-season appearances for the Blues last year and needed only three in 2025-26 to score the first goal of his NHL career. He achieved the milestone at 16:08 of the second period and sparked the Blues' comeback, as they'd add two more goals in the final frame to complete the win. Dvorsky might not have a lot of scoring opportunities as a rookie skating on the third line, however, so he's not expected to have a lot of fantasy upside in the near future.

  • Blues' Jordan Binnington: Gets back to winning ways

Binnington stopped 24 of 26 shots in Monday's 3-2 win over the Oilers.

Binnington was beaten late in the first period and in the early stages of the second frame, but he shut the door afterward, and that allowed St. Louis to mount a comeback win. This was Binnington's first win since Oct. 18, snapping a five-game winless skid in which he went 0-3-2 with a 3.48 GAA and an .845 save percentage. The 32-year-old veteran will aim to win consecutive starts for the first time this season when he takes the ice again, presumably against the Capitals on Wednesday.

  • Blues' Jordan Binnington: Facing Oilers

Binnington will be between the pipes for Monday's home game against Edmonton, Jeremy Rutherford of The Athletic reports.

Binnington has lost his last five outings (0-3-2) while surrendering 17 goals on 110 shots. He has gone 2-4-2 this season while making 160 saves on 186 shots. Edmonton ranks 18th in the league with 3.15 goals per game this campaign.

  • Blues' Robert Thomas: Ready to rock

Thomas (upper body) will return to the lineup against Edmonton on Monday, Lou Korac of NHL.com reports.

Following a four-game absence, Thomas will return to the first line and top power-play unit. He has registered one goal, five assists, eight shots on net and six blocked shots across eight appearances this campaign.

  • Blues' Calle Rosen: Acquired by St. Louis

Rosen was traded to the Blues from the Capitals on Monday in exchange for Corey Schueneman.

Rosen has spent all of the last two seasons in the AHL, so he'll move from AHL Hershey to AHL Springfield following Monday's move. Rosen spent three seasons in the Blues' organization earlier in his career, so he'll likely play alongside some familiar faces now that he's back with the Thunderbirds. Over nine appearances with Hershey to begin this season, he logged a goal, six assists, two PIM and a plus-3 rating.

  • Blues' Nick Bjugstad: Third goal of season

Bjugstad scored a goal and took seven shots in Saturday's 3-2 loss to the Blue Jackets.

Bjugstad was one of the Blues' most dangerous players all night, and he was rewarded by scoring the team's second goal at the 9:48 mark of the third period. This was his third goal of the season, but Bjugstad usually operates as a bottom-six forward and doesn't produce enough to warrant consideration in most formats.

  • Blues' Justin Faulk: Nets goal vs. Columbus

Faulk scored a goal, recorded a hit and blocked three shots in Saturday's 3-2 loss to the Blue Jackets.

Faulk found the back of the net for the first time since Oct. 21, when he scored a goal in a 2-1 loss to the Kings. The defenseman has notched only five points this season, and even though he plays on the top power-play unit, Faulk ultimately doesn't carry much fantasy upside in most formats. He has five points (two goals, three assists) in 12 games.

  • Blues' Joel Hofer: Concedes three goals in loss

Hofer stopped 32 of 35 shots in Saturday's 3-2 loss to the Blue Jackets.

Hofer was beaten once in each period en route to his third straight defeat, and that doesn't include the Oct. 23 matchup against Utah when he allowed three goals on six shots. Hofer hasn't won since his Oct. 11 season debut against the Flames, posting a 0-3-0 record with a 6.26 GAA and a .795 save percentage in his last four contests.

  • Blues' Matt Luff: In on all three goals in loss

Luff scored a goal on seven shots and added two assists in AHL Springfield's 5-3 loss to Charlotte.

Luff is off to a strong start for the Thunderbirds with three goals and four helpers over eight games. He was involved in all of their goals Saturday, though his strong performance wasn't enough. The 28-year-old hasn't played in an NHL game since 2022-23, when he was in the Red Wings' organization, so it's unlikely he'll get a call-up for the Blues unless the big club sustains multiple injuries in a short span.

  • Blues' Robert Thomas: Out again Saturday

Thomas (upper body) won't play Saturday versus the Blue Jackets, Mark Scheig of The Hockey Writers reports.

Thomas will be out for a fourth straight game, though he has reportedly made progress in his recovery. His next chance to play is Monday versus the Oilers.

  • Blues' Joel Hofer: Starting Saturday

Hofer will be between the visiting pipes in Columbus on Saturday, according to Mark Scheig of The Hockey Writers.

Hofer has been less than stellar this season, sporting a mark of 1-2-0 in four appearances while allowing 17 goals on 82 shots. Columbus ranks 12th in the NHL with 3.40 goals per game this campaign.

  • Blues' Justin Carbonneau: Buries two goals in QMJHL win

Carbonneau scored twice in QMJHL Blainville-Boisbriand's 4-1 win over Victoriaville on Friday.

Carbonneau dominated the league in October, racking up 15 goals and four assists in 12 games. He had six multi-goal performances during the month. While his playmaking has been lacking, his finishing touch has been among the best in all of junior hockey so far this year.

  • Blues' Oskar Sundqvist: Collects two more helpers

Sundqvist notched two assists, including one on the power play, and added two shots on net in Thursday's 4-3 shootout loss to the Canucks.

Sundqvist has a pair of two-assist games among his five appearances since returning from a lower-body injury. The 31-year-old has resumed a role in the Blues' bottom six, but he's also on the second power-play unit, which gives him a chance for more productivity. He's at four helpers, two shots, seven hits and a minus-1 rating across five outings.

... See More ... See Less
  • Blues' Cam Fowler: Offers two assists

Fowler recorded two power-play assists, two shots on goal and two blocked shots in Thursday's 4-3 shootout loss to the Canucks.

Fowler set up goals by Jimmy Snuggerud and Pius Suter. With three helpers over his last four outings, there appears to be some life in Fowler's offense after a lackluster start to the season. He's produced four assists (three on the power play), 21 shots on net, eight blocked shots and a minus-8 rating through 11 appearances so far. Even with the slow start, the 33-year-old is still seeing significant top-four minutes as the Blues lean on their top defensemen.
