With our commercial management expertise across the various asset classes such as retail, office, business parks, industrial and logistics in Southeast Asia, China and India, we are building a resilient fee income platform with asset management fees generated from CLI-owned properties as well as properties owned by third parties.

CLI forms Strategic Partnership with Astaka as Retail Advisor
CLI partners with Astaka Holdings Limited (Astaka) to shape the retail strategy for One Bukit Senyum, Astaka’s mixed-use development featuring a 300,000 sq ft lifestyle retail mall in Johor Bahru. As part of the partnership, CLI will provide retail advisory support to Astaka, covering asset planning, pre-opening and post-opening stages of the project.

In line with its enhanced omnichannel retail strategy, CapitaLand Investment (CLI) has elevated its CapitaStar rewards experience to deliver greater convenience and value for members.
With the upgraded CapitaStar experience, members can now earn STAR$® seamlessly through linked payment methods— without the need to scan receipts. Management of Kallang Wave Mall and other commercial spaces within Singapore Sports Hub
CLI has partnered with Kallang Alive Sports Management to manage around 41,000 sqm of commercial spaces at the Singapore Sports Hub, including Kallang Wave Mall, for six years starting from 1 April 2024. The process involves refreshing the retail mix and offerings, reconfiguring spaces to enhance the overall ambience, and seamlessly integrating the retail areas with the surrounding precinct spaces.

The rejuvenated CQ @ Clarke Quay was officially unveiled in April 2024, marking the culmination of an asset enhancement initiative that has transformed the development into an iconic riverfront day-and-night destination. CQ @ Clarke Quay is now a vibrant hub of excitement and entertainment with an expanded range of day activities and nightlife attractions for locals and tourists.

Through initiatives and community events focused on education, health, and well-being, we aim to make a meaningful impact and uplift vulnerable children, youth, and seniors.
We rally our extensive commercial management network, including staff, tenants and partners, to give back to the community. These include efforts to support CapitaLand Hope Foundation’s global #GivingAsOne campaign, nationwide movements in Singapore such as Beyond The Label by the National Council of Social Service (NCSS) and TOUCH Community Services, as well as country-led initiatives like CapitaLand AccessABLE Programme in China and #GivingBersama campaign in Malaysia.
