I have a print called “ More stars for the flag” , apparently this was done as a promotion for the Fairy Soap advertisement and could be had in exchange for the 10 empty soap wrappers and 10 cents postage/ handling. I can’t find much more about these prints anywhere else, nor this man. Thanks for the extensive research.
