Download the Big Bus Tours app from the App Store or Google Play.. It’s the easiest way to store and show your tickets, track buses, and plan your day.
2. Retrieve your booking
Open the app, tap ‘Adding booking’ and enter your booking reference.
3. Have a hop-on, hop-off ticket?
If you have a hop-on, hop-off ticket, on the morning of travel, open your bus ticket and press ‘Activate’. Your ticket countdown starts now – show your activated ticket to the driver to board. Activation can only happen on your booked travel date. For all other tickets, you're ready to go once you've added your ticket to the app. Just show the driver your ticket when you board.
4. Enjoy the tour!
With your tickets safely stored in the Big Bus Tours app, you can enjoy the tour and for hop-on, hop-off tours, you keep track of how long you have left.
