In the penultimate episode, the judges have to choose between an upside-down house designed around spectacular sea views, a Georgian-style home that’s perfect for a young family and a house designed with sustainability in mind.

Expert judges Jane, James and Patricia are searching for a home which the owners have put their heart and soul into creating. Which will they decide deserves to be the last contender for the title of House of the Year?
