The Monte Carlo building is the second block in the integrated complex AXXIS Nova Resort & SPA. Designed with only two staircases and a fabulous common lobby, Monte Carlo will have 191 residential units. Clients can choose from 1, 2, or 3-room apartments. In addition, the apartments facing the sea and lake, on the 8th and 9th floors, will have private swimming pools or jacuzzis on their terraces.
SPA on 3 floors
On the seaward end, the Monte Carlo block will have a year-round SPA. In addition to the pool, there will be saunas, massage areas, hammam, waterfall, ice bath and children’s areas.
Premium Finishes
The apartments will be delivered fully finished, with underfloor heating, air conditioning in each room, fully furnished bathrooms, sockets, switches, floating floors on the terraces. The glazed surfaces will be with premium aluminum profiles and a triple-pane glazing system, which will provide a high coefficient of thermal insulation, as well as sound insulation.
