Since before even officially becoming an adult, Kylie Jenner’s house was the subject of tabloid fodder. At 17, she moved out of the longtime Hidden Hills family home that was made famous on Keeping Up With the Kardashians, scooping up a six-bedroom Tuscan-style home in Calabasas—though she swapped it for a spot closer to home the following year. She has since sold that particular property, and momager Kris Jenner listed the iconic family home in February 2025 for $13.5 million. “This house is so special,” the Kylie Cosmetics founder says while reminiscing about the dwelling in a recently released promo for The Kardashians season seven, which premieres October 23 on Hulu. “Kylie and I have so much history in this house,” her sister, Kendall Jenner, continues in the ad. “We’ve snuck boys in that house and gotten each other out of trouble in that house and fought in that house.”
Perhaps it’s no surprise, then, that Jenner hasn’t strayed too far from where she grew up. Nonetheless, she has amassed an impressive real estate portfolio now worth upwards of $80 million.
And it’s no wonder why Jenner has invested so much time and money into her residences. For all of her red carpet glam, the youngest Kardashian-Jenner sibling is still a homebody at heart. “After I got pregnant, I spent so much time at home, I love it,” she told Harper’s Bazaar in a 2020 interview. The makeup mogul shares two children—daughter Stormi and son Aire—with ex Travis Scott. “I love to lie in my bed and watch movies and forget about the world. Sometimes I take some time off, let the nannies take days off, and hang out at home with Stormi.” These days, however, present a bit more of a challenge for Jenner to find time to chill. My schedule has gotten really busy, and when I’m not working, I’m with the kids,” she told Dazed in May 2025. “Trying to carve out a moment for me is something that I honestly still struggle with.”
When she does have time to relax at home, though, she certainly does so in style; much like her older siblings, Jenner has worked with some of the industry’s top designers and decorators to hone in on her personal aesthetic. Below, we’re sharing a look into some of the homes where the reality star lounges with her little ones and her Oscar-nominated beau, Timothée Chalamet.
Tuscan-style Calabasas mansion
Jenner was not yet 18 when she purchased her first home in 2015, in her family’s favorite city of Calabasas. She purchased the gated Tuscan-style mansion for $2.7 million and worked with celeb-favorite interior designer Jeff Andrews to reimagine the space to her particular aesthetic—which, at the time, included dramatic black hardwood flooring, high-contrast bright white walls, and black beams across the white ceilings. “Kylie is definitely the edgy one,” Kris said of the then teenager’s interior design tastes in comparison to the rest of the family in an interview with E! News shortly after Jenner bought the impressive pad (which was built in 2006 and measured 4,851 square feet). Jenner converted one of the six bedrooms into an enviable glam room with mirrored walls, custom drawers, and a well-lit vanity. The black-and-white theme was carried throughout the home, including in the primary bathroom, which featured a dedicated seating area and walk-in closet. The dwelling also featured a home theater, multiple fireplaces, an outdoor dining loggia, a barbecue kitchen, and a pool. “I live in a beautiful home and I work really hard, so I’m just grateful,” Jenner told Interview magazine at the time. She was ready to move on from her starter home not long after that, however, putting it back on the market for $3.9 million in June 2016, and selling it for $3.2 million in 2017.
Cape Cod–style Hidden Hills pad
In 2016, a little over a year after she bought her starter home, the real-estate-savvy entrepreneur paid $6 million for a Cape Cod–style mansion in Hidden Hills, officially becoming neighbors with Kris and her sister Kim Kardashian (her first home in Calabasas was closer to sisters Khloé and Kourtney). The 7,000-square-foot residence featured six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, as well as a home theater, wine cellar, four-car garage, and a primary suite that boasted a cavernous walk-in closet, a fireplace, a steam shower, and a stone tub. The backyard looked out onto the mountains, giving the property extra privacy. The Kylie Cosmetics founder was ready for a change of pace after a brief stint there and sold the 4.46-acre property at a slight profit ($6.7 million) in 2018.
Hidden Hills office
Jenner didn’t look very far for her next purchase. A few months after snapping up her first Hidden Hills mansion, she doubled down on property in the area, buying the house next door for $4.5 million in August 2016. Reports at the time suggested that Jenner bought this second home to serve as an office, with plans to keep the Cape Cod–style pad as her primary residence. Her second Hidden Hills home measured 5,200 square feet and boasted four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, with a covered patio, outdoor fireplace and grill, and a large pool and spa—an impressive office for the flourishing Kylie Cosmetics brand. She ultimately let go of the 3.9-acre property just one year later, selling it for $5.3 million.
Third Hidden Hills property
Third time’s the charm? Jenner invested in a third Hidden Hills property in the fall of 2016, dropping $12 million for another Cape Cod–style mansion, a 13,200-square-foot 2015 build situated on 1.4 acres, with eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. “Each of my homes have been very different but also the same in the sense that they’re all kind of young and dark,” Jenner told AD in 2019. “But with this home I wanted to go to the next level of fun and color and just pretty much an expression of myself.” The youngest Kardashian-Jenner sister took a page out of her older sisters’ books and hired designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard to help her outfit her “first really grown-up house,” as Bullard called it. “I told Martyn I wanted a fresh, fun vibe to match the way I was feeling,” Jenner said of her vision for the space. “Color was essential. I love pink, and I wanted a lot of it!” In particular, Jenner wanted to make sure her closets and glam room were customized “even down to the size of each drawer, so they fit [her] specific products and clothes.” The result was “glamorous but totally inviting,” Bullard said, including a monochromatic, Old/New Hollywood–inspired living room, a gold-leafed ceiling in the dining room, and plush, fur bed covers in the bedrooms. Halfway through the project, Jenner learned that she and then partner Travis Scott were expecting, which meant that she worked with Bullard to retrofit a nursery and playroom. “Stormi has definitely taken over the house with her toys,” the reality star told AD. The makeup maven still owns this home.
Plot of Hidden Hills land
In 2017, Jenner seemingly planted the seed for a future real estate expansion, purchasing a 1.37-acre plot of land next to one of her Hidden Hills mansions for $5 million. The plan, according to reports, was to convert the vacant lot into a barn for horses or to plant plentiful gardens. Neither of those two visions were ever realized, however, and Jenner sold the undeveloped plot for $5.5 million just one year later.
Beverly Hills mansion
Instead, Jenner and Scott purchased a $13.5 million Beverly Hills mansion together in 2018, eight months after they welcomed their daughter, Stormi, in hopes of finding more space for their growing brood. The luxurious, modern pad was originally built in 1971 but underwent a complete overhaul in 2016. Set at the end of a long, gated driveway, the residence boasted six bedrooms and nine bathrooms spread across two floors and 9,680 square feet of living space. In contrast to the monochromatic theme of Jenner’s starter home and the glitzy luxury of her Hidden Hills mansion, this stylish Beverly Hills pad was decorated in warm neutrals, with oak woods and sleek marble cabinetry in the kitchen. (Jenner’s second-floor glam room was dusky rose-hued, so she didn’t abscond the color pink completely.) The on-again, off-again couple listed the mansion for $21.9 million in late 2022 and dropped the price a few times in the hopes of finding a buyer. After lowering the asking price to $15.995 million in August 2024, Jenner and Scott removed the listing altogether. Records show that they still maintain the property.
Palm Springs property
Palm Springs holds a special place in the reality family’s heart, as fans of the Kardashian-Jenner clan know. It was no surprise, then, when in 2019, a trust linked to Jenner reportedly shelled out $3.25 million for an undeveloped plot of land in La Quinta’s exclusive Madison Club community. The lot, which measures just under an acre, is situated about a half-mile down the street from a modern 11,000-square-foot residence that Kris bought the previous year. Reports at the time stated that there were plans for the construction of a 15,000-square-foot single-story home. By 2023, the youngest Kardashian-Jenner sibling was reportedly putting the finishing touches on her custom-built home, a concrete, industrial 15,500-square-foot mansion with five bedrooms, six bathrooms, and an infinity pool. The gated community offers many amenities, including tennis courts, a country club, a sports facility, fine dining, and high-level security.
Holmby Hills compound

The Khy founder next made her biggest real estate purchase yet. She dropped $36.5 million for a brand-new compound in Holmby Hills in April 2020. The modern estate spans 0.83 acres and includes an incredibly unique 15,350-square-foot single-story main house and two separate guest apartments all built out of concrete, with entire walls of glass that slide open directly onto a central courtyard with a long and rectangular pool, a spa, a dining area, a fire pit, an outdoor theater area, and a spacious sports court for pickleball or basketball. Entertaining amenities abound throughout the home, including a game room with a pool table and full bar; an indoor home theater with stadium seating; and a chef’s kitchen situated next to a family room with a TV-topped fireplace. Jenner gave fans a rare peek inside the home in late 2024, sharing several stories via Instagram. “[I want] things around my home that make me happy,” she said. Some of the things she shared included brown velvet chairs in her home theater that she declared “yummy,” and a $12,000 Christian Dior treadmill in the home gym.
Hidden Hills mansion
Also in 2020, Kylie paid $15 million for a vacant five-acre lot in Hidden Hills, with plans of building a new dwelling. (Fun fact: The property previously belonged to Miley Cyrus, who owned an equestrian estate there between 2015 through 2018.) In early 2023, photos of the parcel revealed that construction was well underway. At the time of purchase, Jenner had reportedly submitted plans to build an 18,000-square-foot main house, a 12-car garage, a guest house, a security base, a pool, and a sports court on the lot. It’s unclear whether or not the final residence will stick strictly to those plans, but if Jenner’s real estate portfolio is any indication, we feel certain her next pad will be over-the-top. In late 2023, aerial images showed significant progress on the sprawling compound. In August 2025, The Sun published aerial images of the nearly finished estate, revealing that Jenner added mature olive trees around the property, providing extra privacy and a European-style ambiance. Other than that, not many details are known about the star’s newest estate, but we’re betting it has a killer glam room. It wouldn’t be a Kylie Jenner house without it.
