Session Timeout and Technical Issues
Why I am Getting a 'Session Expired' Message on my Course?
360training website and courses are database driven which is secured and requires a login, hence, you may get a "Session Expired", "Session Has Expired" or "Session Timed Out" message.

When getting a "Session Expired", "Session Has Expired" or "Session Timed Out" message error message on your course, this is due to one of the below reasons:
Multiple Sessions
- Please make sure that you are not currently logged into your account in multiple browser sessions. This includes accessing your account from another browser, tabs, or mobile device at the same time. The previously opened session expired when the new session is created. Please avoid accessing the course using multiple browsers, tabs, or mobile devices at the same time.
Inactivity (Idle Time)
- If you have not been doing anything on your course for a set length of time, the server times out your session. Inactivity was created for security reasons and to help increase the overall speed of the web page and the course. If you are accessing your course and get up and leave, go to lunch, or start browsing other pages when you come back, you will need to log in again and create a new session.
Slow or Unstable Internet Connection
- If your internet connection is slow or unstable, periodically disconnecting and reconnecting, it can cause a website session to expire. When the internet connection is lost the course or website can be terminated, resulting in a session expired message. You may click here to check your internet connection and launch again your course.

Can I still access my course after completing it?
After completing your course, you will NOT be able to access it anymore. To protect against any unauthorized sharing and theft of the content of the course, we do not allow course review after completing the course.

Does your course has sound or audio?
While sound or audio is one of many features that make 360training online courses interface dynamic and engaging, it is not a requirement of the course. You can learn all the course materials and complete the course without sound or audio.
Some parts of the courses do not have sound or audio but most of the contents are being relayed via audio which is also displayed in text form by the course player.

I cannot take my Final Examination...it is locked and it says that I need to spend additional time on my course.
360training provides individuals and organizations with regulatory-approved training courses which must comply with specific rules and regulations. Some of our courses have a 'seat time requirement' before you can take the final examination or before you can complete the course.
- To spend additional time to meet the 'seat time requirement' of your course, please click and continue clicking the ‘PREV’ button until the ‘Course Outline’ of your course becomes clickable.

- Once the ‘Course Outline’ became clickable, click it and the list of the previous lessons/modules will show up and just click the lesson/module that you would like to access. Accessing the previous lessons/modules will give you additional time to meet the total ‘seat time requirement’ of your course.

REMEMBER:
-
- Please make sure that you are only using one browser while accessing your course.
- You are actively navigating the course. If your course becomes idle, you will not acquire any seat time on your course.
- You can always jump back to the last part of the course where you left off using the ‘Course Outline'
- If you want to exit out on your course and your progress will be saved, please make sure to click the 'Save' button on the upper right-hand corner of the course.

- After clicking 'Save' button, just click the 'EXIT COURSE' button to save your progress.
